Business Challenge
Esri UK required expert guidance and ongoing support to optimise its Microsoft estate, enhance security, and leverage AI-driven automation.
Over the past seven years, ElysianIT has partnered with Esri UK via our Technical Design Authority service, on multiple strategic engagements, ensuring a secure, scalable, and efficient cloud environment.
More recently, Esri UK have growth plans to double in size in the next 5 years and have selected ElysianIT as a key partner to enable and support that growth journey.
To facilitate this, we are in the process of taking on full management of their internal IT service desk to enhance the delivery and free up key people in the business to focus on growth initiatives and away from BAU.
Solutions
- Intune Design and Deployment, Windows 11 Migration with SharePoint Engagement Portal –ElysianIT partnered with Esri UK to design and execute a seamless migration from Windows 10 to Windows 11 across their user base. Leveraging best practice baseline policies, we provisioned new and existing devices, ensuring each was fully compliant and optimised for the new environment. Our remote support team provided responsive, end-user assistance throughout the rollout, minimising disruption and ensuring a smooth transition. To enhance scheduling the engagement and user adoption, we also delivered a tailored SharePoint portal, acting as a central hub for communication, training resources, and project updates—keeping users informed and empowered throughout the migration journey.
- Cloud Adoption Framework Implementation – Designed and implemented a Cloud Adoption Framework in Microsoft Azure, enabling a structured, scalable, and secure approach to cloud transformation. Transitioned existing extensive Azure footprint into new environment.
- AI-Driven Process Automation – Developed and deployed multiple chatbots using Azure AI Services to automate and enhance business processes across multiple functions, improving efficiency and user experience.
- Security & Technical Design Authority – Provided technical design authority to continuously enhance Esri UK’s security posture, ensuring compliance with best practices and evolving threats.
- Microsoft Estate Support – Delivered support for Esri UK‘s Microsoft environment, maintain system stability and providing expert troubleshooting and guidance for several years.
